About
Infrastructure practitioner. Change leader.
I have spent my career delivering technology-enabled change in infrastructure. As a civil engineer, technologist and change practitioner, I understand the ingredients required to embed new capabilities in complex delivery environments.
I have worked for clients, designers and contractors across transport, water, energy and commercial buildings; delivering new software products, lean exercises, ERP transformations, BIM adoptions programmes, technicals standards initiatives, PMO redesign, data analytics, and asset management strategies. The same pattern emerges again and again — technically sound initiatives that fail to land, innovations that never scale, technology investments that leave the way people actually work largely unchanged.
The gap between what technology promises and what organisations actually capture is vast. Too many initiatives deliver promising pilots that don’t cross the chasm into business as usual.
I see so many well-intentioned initiatives wither out, high-potential people lose faith and an industry that remains slow and expensive.
My mission is to elevate Change Leadership in infrastrasture, by giving the industry the capability to embed technology and innovation as the new BAU.
The Change Leadership Framework I have developed draws on the best thinking in product management, lean strategy, and stakeholder alignment; adapted and applied specifically to the dynamics of infrastructure programmes, where every project is different, every supply chain is new, and institutional complexity is the default condition.
