Four ways to work together.
Infrastructure transformation is complicated, and the right kind of engagement depends on where you are and what you need.
Embedded Engagement
I work alongside your transformation team for a defined period — typically three to six months — to build the capability to deliver technology change effectively. We work through live initiatives together using the framework, leaving your team with the thinking tools, the habits, and the confidence to keep going.
This is the engagement that builds lasting capability. The Transformation Worksheet and the framework become the way your team works, not a one-off exercise.
Advisory
I work with senior leaders and heads of transformation to define technology strategy, evaluate initiatives, and make sure the right things are being prioritised. This is typically a shorter, more focused engagement around a specific decision or programme challenge.
Training and Capability Development
I run structured sessions for transformation teams and change leaders built around the framework and the reading list. The goal is to develop the intellectual foundation and practical skills that make technology change land — not to certify a process, but to develop a genuine capability.
Strategy and Discovery
For programmes, industry bodies, startups and vendors. I work with organisations that need to work out what to do before committing to doing it — technology strategy, opportunity discovery, go-to-market, and investment readiness. This is typically a focused engagement with a clear output: a strategy, a roadmap, or a point of view that the organisation can act on.
